Use one email login and manage Insurance Reminder, Community, Ownership Alerts and the RiskDesk from one place. The old admin pages still exist, but this is the main admin entry.

Important: Insurance, Community and RiskDesk modules are now available from this one admin dashboard. Ownership Alerts still checks alert_is_admin(), so the same email must also be added in the alerts admin table if that module asks for permission.
